What’s MOMENTUM all about?
MOMENTUM takes place on Thursday 24th September 2026 opening at 9.30am and closing at 3.30pm at the beautiful Wood Norton Hotel in Evesham.
It’s a day event that brings women in business together to think about MINDSET, seek out OPPORTUNITY, re-think MARKETING patterns, explore what more can be done to support small ENTERPRISE, connect with other brilliant women in the room through facilitated NETWORKING, learn about the importance of TIMING, ask questions to get a better UNDERSTANDING of the things you don’t know and leave with a tonne of MOTIVATION to help you move your business forward.
PART 1 – SUSTAINABILITY & FUTURE IMPACT
MOMENTUM keynote sessions will be led by three women who are deeply committed to creating meaningful change in business and beyond.
Founder of The Women Who Business Community, Lisa Lloyd will be sharing the future vision for the community, the next era of support for female founders and what that looks like for existing and future members.
Lisa will also be introducing Julia Chesney-Roberts and Mandy Deakin-Snell, who together form an Advisory Board in place to help support this brand-new era of The Women Who Business Community.
Julia is the founder of Optiroute and brings an exceptional background in sustainability, governance and strategic business development. Her experience includes overseeing a complex multi-stakeholder structure managing governance for over 200 shareholders across more than 35 countries within one of the UK’s most innovative automotive companies.
She now supports businesses looking to strengthen sustainability practices, improve governance, respond confidently to bids and tenders, and create structures designed for long-term impact.
Mandy is the founder of MDS Alignment and brings extensive experience in helping individuals and leaders navigate change with confidence and authenticity. With over 30 years in C-Suite leadership roles within globally acclaimed organisations, Mandy combines real-world business experience with transformational coaching techniques designed to support both personal and professional growth.
Known for her honest and compassionate approach, Mandy supports leaders in removing the “corporate mask” and stepping into authentic leadership aligned with their values.
Together, Lisa, Julia and Mandy will explore what the future of ethical business leadership looks like, how together as a community we can create long lasting impact, and why women deserve spaces that support not only growth and profitability, but confidence, wellbeing and long-term success too.
